PVC marble carbon crystal board is a new type of decorative material. It combines the advantages of PVC material and carbon crystal board, and at the same time has the texture and feel of marble. The following is a detailed introduction about it: 

1.Material composition 

Carbon crystal board base material: Mainly made of bamboo charcoal powder, calcium powder, PVC and additives through high-temperature extrusion process, it is a kind of wood-plastic board. This co-extruded sheet has hard PVC layers on both the upper and lower sides, and a unique honeycomb-like hexagonal molecular structure formed by the blending of bamboo charcoal powder, resin and high molecular materials at high temperatures in the middle. 

Marble-patterned PVC film: Through PUR hot melt adhesive process or other bonding techniques, PVC film with marble-like texture and feel is covered on the surface of the carbon crystal board base material, thus giving the board a marble-like appearance effect. 

2. Performance characteristics 

Strong decorative effect: It features a rich variety of marble textures and colors, which can realistically simulate the texture and effect of natural marble, such as classic marble patterns like jazz white, elegant grey, and dark brown mesh, meeting the needs of different decoration styles and adding an elegant and luxurious atmosphere to the space.
