1.Material composition 

Carbon crystal board base material: It is made from bamboo charcoal powder, calcium powder, PVC and additives through high-temperature extrusion process, and is a kind of wood-plastic board. This type of board has hard co-extruded layers on both the upper and lower sides, and the carbon crystal layer in the middle is formed by high-temperature pressing and extrusion of materials such as bamboo charcoal powder, resin and high polymers, featuring a stable honeycomb-like hexagonal molecular structure. 

PVC wood grain film: Through PUR hot melt adhesive process or other lamination techniques, PVC film with wood grain texture and feel is covered on the surface of carbon crystal board base material, thus making the board present a realistic wood grain effect, such as oak grain, walnut grain, elm grain, etc., which can meet the needs of different consumers for natural wood style.
